We are currently in jeopardy of not having our last events for the year!

Urgent help is required for a number of tasks, the least of which is track repair and grooming. Before this can occur we need to repair the International tractor. The throttle linkage has come adrift somewhere in behind the steering wheel and needs to be sorted before it's useable.

We also need to have time keeping officials, event secretary (on the day for checking in, checking licences etc) and a scrutineer for the Twilight Khanacross before the day otherwise it will be called off.

As for the Autocross, we need a whole bunch of officials to come forward before the day or it too will be cancelled.
We need at least 3 flag marshalls, someone to sort the cars before the start, a starter, a timekeeper (in the caravan) a Clerk of Course and an Event Secretary.

There are a select few who keep doing the same tasks to allow these events to run and we need to give them a break. There has been a great effort to get the Autocross track up and running, so it would be a great shame if we get to the point where we are cancelling events due to a lack of officials.

Please use this forum to register your interest or contact the club President or Secretary for more info. We can provide any training or support as required so you won't be "hung out to dry". Your assistance will be greeted with appreciation from the competitors and you'll get fed and watered for the day. We are happy for anyone to volunteer - Friends, family, motorsport nuts, members from other clubs, whoever...

Please help us to ensure we get all the events to run. We all want to do skids and have a great time, but it doesn't just happen magically...
