Entries are now open for the (All Ages) Motorkhana on Saturday 8 August and Autocross on Sunday 9 August.

Please remember that when you submit your entry, you are acknowledging that you have read, agreed and understood the Supplementary Regulations issued for the event (making it impossible for entries to be accepted early!). 2015 entry forms (attached) need to be completed in their entirety (except for signatures) to assist the officials in getting ready. As there are multiple events running, be careful to tick the correct boxes/dates so it is clear which event(s) you are participating in.

Email entries need to be sent to entries@bormsa.asn.au; For info, the notification email can’t be sent from “entries” since many servers reject the google mail accounts and many of our members would not receive the emails. It would be appreciated if completed PDFs or scans are sent in rather than photos of forms to avoid expending half a printer toner per entry.

We will also be holding a Busy Bee on Saturday 8 August morning; the jobs list will be getting prepared this weekend and an email will be sent out to interested parties next week. Please let me know if you are able to come along (start time from ~8am onwards) so we have tasks and tools ready. As usual, we are also chasing volunteers for the motorkhana (timers, coaches and cone shufflers) and autocross (flag point, flying finish, starters and marshalling).

As we have now passed the half way point of the season, BORMSA 2015 memberships are now half price - $25 adults, $10 juniors and $50 family.

There has been some interest from a few members in completing the CAMS Scrutineering course. Please let me know if you are keen and if we have a few extras I will contact CAMS to try and arrange a course.
