CONGRATULATIONS to BORMSA's 2015 Club Champions!

Congratulations to TIM RALLI who took out the 2015 BORMSA Club Championship with consistently good performances and a couple of wins throughout the year. Tim also did a great job helping out as coach at the August Motorkhana and his assistance is appreciated. Second for the year was Lee McIlroy, who despite the Championship penalty for normally running a 4WD, still secured 75 points, amassed a large collection of BORMSA vouchers AND did a fantastic job helping to run the Motorkhana.

Results for BORMSA Autocross (Sunday 9 August)

Final results are attached for the BORMSA Autocross held on Sunday 9 August. Minimal changes to the provisional results issued at the event with Lee McIlroy bringing home the WRX in first place ahead of Brock Nicoli (1st junior) in the Focus and Pete Dixon sliding sideways in his Escort to finish #3. Thanks as always to the officials who helped out at the event.

Results for BORMSA Motorkhana (Saturday 8 August)

Better late than never, the official results for the BORMSA Motorkhana held in August are attached. Like the earlier Motorkhana in April, it was a case of the juniors showing many of the adults how it's done... with the exception of Tim Ralli, whose penalty free run gave him the win and $30 BORMSA voucher. Mitch Bradford was the first of the juniors home in 3rd outright to take the $20 BORMSA prize. A huge thank you to Lee & Jo McIlroy for their help running the event.

BORMSA AGM, Club Championship Presentation & End of Year BBQ

Thanks to everyone who helped contribute to a successful year of racing at BORMSA, particularly the Committee members and officials who have assisted throughout 2015.

Results for BORMSA Autocross, Saturday 24 October 2015

In what must be the closest BORMSA finish EVER, first time winner Ben Wilson took the honours from Lee McIlroy by 0.05 seconds overall at the last BORMSA Autocross for 2015. Mitch Bradford scooped the prizes with first 2WD overall and first junior, taking home $150 in BORMSA vouchers and proving that success comes to those who stay the right way up.

Priority entries are available to those individuals whose name (or in the case of juniors, the name of their parent) appears on a CAMS Officials Sign On sheet for this year. As per the Supp Regs, the official must be a competitor in the vehicle, additional competitors may be included on the entry in the same vehicle.

RESULTS - BORMSA Twilight Khanacross - 19 September 2015

A strong field of 35 entries took to the BORMSA khanacross tests for the twilight event on Saturday 19 September. Congratulations to 2014 Club Champ Tim Ralli who took the win from Brock Nicoli in 2nd in dusty conditions. A few people were caught out with wrong ways and wrong garages, resulting in the dreaded "slowest time plus five" penalty. An honourable mention for Cam, who won the battle of the apples and came home in 6th outright.

A huge thank you to Tyne & Rex plus the large number of time keepers, scrutineers, recovery crews and BBQ cookers who helped out at the event.
